Extended Booking Policy

-We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40. If you are not here at the time you booked your appointment, it may be subject to a cancellation fee of $40. If you are late your appointment it will be automatically cancelled as I do not have a late policy. If you are a new client, we will text you to confirm your appointment before hand, failure to confirm your appointment results in a cancelled appointment and a complete ban as a new client. We do not accept refunds, exchanges or transfers for services, products, classes, ebooks, or fees. You are required to sign legal consent forms prior to booking an appointment for liability purposes before any services. 

-If for any reason you cancel more than 3 times even before a 12 hour notice you may be subject to banning. We won’t be able to provide anymore services to you. In some cases, we may ask for a non refundable deposit of $50 and a 24 hour notice of cancellation if you are able to book again.
